Mirror Image Animation is the divinely-inspired dream of Nathan Meiner, a lifelong animation enthusiast from the heart of Indiana.  Unsatisfied by the recent offerings of major animation studios, he desired more engaging narratives that had depth, meaning, maturity, and content that wouldn’t compromise his Catholic faith… stories that embraced the human experience and all the difficult theological and societal questions that went with it.  So, following in the footsteps of people like J.R.R. Tolkien, he was inspired to write his own stories that would bridge the gap between secular and contemporary Christian media.

Currently, two series concepts are in development – a science fiction adventure concerning a dystopian post-American society, and a dramedy about a young man’s quest to find healing and meaning in his life after college.  Mirror Image Animation is still very small and new, so the success of these projects is largely dependent on your prayers, talent, and support.  We’re looking forward to seeing how this movement grows!
